Q: How much does it cost to rent a margarita machine from The Margarita Man, Inc.?
A: The price is $125 - $165. This includes delivery and pick-up (in most areas), your first mix concentrate, use of our 5 gallon pre-measured mixing bucket and a salt-rimmer with salt. Also included: 50 9oz. cups, FREE per machine.

Q: Are the machines easy to use?
A: Yes indeed. We mix your first batch and show you how to use the machine. We leave clear printed instructions. NO ICE NEEDED.

Q: How many drinks does one batch yield?
A: One batch of "Margaritas" flavor mix makes about 75 - 8oz servings and all other flavors makes about 60 - 8oz servings. The machine will hold one whole batch. Our experience shows that usually half or more guests drink the frozen drinks, even those Die-Hard beer drinkers. We recommend one batch for every 25 guests. Extra drink mix is $20.00 and is refundable if unopened.

Q: How long does the first batch take?
A: 1 Chamber machines can take about 40 minutes inside, and 1 hour outside. For Double Chamber machines we do suggest that they are set up indoors and could take up to 3 - 1/2 hours. There is no waiting between batches because you add to the top reservoir when mix-low light comes on. Non-stop frozen fun!

Q: Who provides the liquor and how much will I need?
A: The customer provides all liquor. A medium strength batch of margaritas calls for three liters tequila and a half-liter triple sec. All other flavors use 2 liters of alcohol.

Q: Are other kinds of drinks available?
A: Absolutely. You can serve Strawberry Daiquiris, Strawberry Margaritas, Rum Runners, Pina Coladas, Louisiana Hurricanes, Tropical Punch, Goombay Smash, Raspberry Ritas, Go Mango Ritas, Banana Daiquiris and Lemon Freezers, Peach, Painkiller, Dreamcicle, Blue Raspberry, Watermelon, Mai-Ti's & Sour Apple. All flavors can be made without alcohol FOR KIDS!

Q: How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
A: We recommend two to three weeks for a Saturday night rental from June - September. A 1 Chamber machine will deliver frozen drinks for up to 70 guests, and a Double Chamber machine will deliver frozen drinks for up to 140 guests. If more guests are expected , a second machine is strongly recommended otherwise the machine will not perform properly. Ask about our multiple machine and weekly rental rates!

Q: Is there anything I have to provide?
A: The alcohol, if you're partaking; Water; Fruit for garnish (optional) cut in advance. 1 gallon of milk (optional) for Pina Coladas

Q: Does the machine plug into a regular outlet?
A: Yes, however it uses 13-19 amps and a dedicated 20 amp circuit is recommended.

Q: How big is it?
A: What'd you think we were talking about? It's bigger than a bread box. Don't worry, it's not that big. 13" wide, 26" high, 24"deep. We also provide a cart.
